We grow our own Lavandula angustifolia, Royal Velvet. This is a sweet fragrance flower buds which makes it perfect to add to baked sweets. Also a great spice for most meat. What you will receive is one ounce of clean lavender.

Culinary Lavender
I used this in a lemon lavender bundt cake that I made for an office Christmas party. The lavender was wonderfully fragrant and added just the right amount of floral to the cake.
